***ICALT 2014 will provide official letters of invitation to persons who have fully registered for the conference and for whom payment has been received. Please note that per IEEE Policy, only registered, paid persons may receive an invitation letter to the ICALT 2014 conference. The invitation letter will be sent by email only to the email address provided during registration. Requests for Invitation Letters can be sent to Conference Organizers at: email@example.com (Subject: ICALT2014 Invitation Letter) only by persons who have completed registration and submitted payment in full.

(*) One ICALT 2014 author (including conference and track chairs) of each accepted paper of Tracks 1-18 will be required to register to the conference at a specific flat rate, namely IEEE Member Rate = 350 € or IEEE Non-Member Rate = 440 €.
(**) Student fees will be applied ONLY to PhD Students participating exclusively to Track 19: DC-ALT@ICALT2014.
Fees for extra papers
ICALT 2014 Authors that will present more than one accepted papers to the ICALT 2014 Conference, will be required to pay a reduced fee for every extra paper, according to the table below.
The reduced fee will be a flat rate independently from the type of the additional accepted papers (full paper, short paper or poster).
Students who will have accepted papers to Tracks 1-18, as well as to Track 19: DC-ALT@ICALT2014 will be required to pay a students’ fee for their accepted paper to Track 19: DC-ALT@ICALT2014 and a reduced fee for every extra paper according to the table below.
