RegistrationBefore proceeding to the Registration Systems please read carefully the following guidelines:1. The registration system provides two options for registration: a) online secure payment via credit card (recommended) and b) payment via bank transfer 2. In case of credit card payment, the registration is considered completed when the participant goes successfully through all the steps of the registration system and receives a confirmation message on his/her screen 3. In case of bank transfer payment, the registration is considered completed when the participant goes through all the steps of the registration system and sends the bank transfer receipt to the following fax number: +30 210 4142767. The participant should make sure that his/her name, surname and paper ID is clearly written on the bank transfer receipt. Finally, the payment has to be in Euros through an international bank and all bank charges incurred must be paid by the participant. The Registration Office will only acknowledge the receipt of those registrations that has faxed a copy of the payment receipt. 4. ICALT 2010 will provide official letters of invitation to persons who have fully registered for the conference and for whom payment has been received. Please note that per IEEE Policy, only registered, paid persons may receive an invitation letter to the ICALT 2010 conference. The invitation letter will be sent by email only to the email address provided during registration. Requests for Invitation Letters can be sent Conference Organizers at: icalt-operations@iti.gr (Subject: ICALT2010 Invitation Letter) only by persons who have completed registration and submitted payment in full. |
