Presentation GuidelinesFull PapersPresentation time for full papers will be 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for questionsShort PapersPresentation time for short papers will be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questionsPostersThe Poster Boards will be 150cm tall and 100cm wide.Workshops' PapersAll workshops will last for 2,5 hours. Presentation time and questions time for workshops' papers will be decided by the workshops' chairs during the workshop session according to the available number of papers per workshop.A/V EquipmentAll the equipment needed for the presentations will be provided. The Conference rooms will be equipped with laptops (Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2007) and video projectors. The presentations should be provided on DVD/CD or flash disks.Conference participants, who plan to use their own laptops, it is strongly recommended to test their presentations in advance with the video projector in the room where their presentation is scheduled. |
