* At least one unique author for each accepted paper is required to register as ICALT 2009 Author at flat authors' rate 300 (IEEE Member) or 375 (IEEE Non-Member).

Fees

The registration fee includes full entry to all events (Keynotes/ Invited Speeches, Workshops, Papers Presentations, Poster/Demos Sessions and Panels), Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet, Coffee Breaks and Luncheons, as well as one copy of the ICALT 2009 Proceedings (in CD-ROM).

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Author registrations cannot be canceled. However, a name change would be permitted.

Non-Author Registrant may request for refund of registration fee will be considered if a written request is sent by the advance registration date (May 1, 2009).

These refunds are subject to a 50

cancellation fee. No refunds can be issued for requests after May 1, 2009.
