Presentation Guidelines

Full Papers

Presentation time for full papers will be 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions

Short Papers

Presentation time for short papers will be 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions

Posters

Poster boards 150cm (59.1') tall and 100cm (39.4') wide will be provided. The following figure shows a possible arrangement of 2 Posters in one Poster board

A/V Equipment

All the equipment needed for the presentations will be provided. The Conference Meeting Halls will be equipped with laptops and video projectors. The presentations should be provided on DVD/CD or flash disks.
