• January 30, 2009: Submissions Full, Short and Poster Papers - an extension was decided due to the several requests received by our community members
  
• March 5, 2009: Author's Notification on the review process results
  
• March 20, 2009: Author Registration Deadline
• April 17, 2009: Final Camera-Ready Manuscript and Copyright Form submission
• May 1, 2009: Advance Registration

• July 15-17 , 2009: ICALT Conference
