Authors Guidelines

The review process is now complete. The notifications will be sent to authors by 25 March. If you have not received the notification by the end of the week, please contact at kinshuk@ieee.org along with the title of the paper and names of authors (and paper ID if you know it).

Authors of accepted papers need to take following actions and take special note of the deadlines. These deadlines are very strict because of the tight schedule of IEEE Computer Society Press publisher. The publisher may go without your paper if any of the actions are not taken within the prescribed deadlines.

At least one author should complete the registration form (available at http://www.ask4research.info/icalt/2005/files/icalt2005_registration_form.pdf) by April 15, 2005. We should have the registration fee by this date for paper to be included in the proceedings.   Please note, that at the most two items per registrant will be published in the proceedings  (it is possible for multiple co-authors to register to get more than two items published, as long as there is at least one registrant per two items).
