INDIVIDUAL DELEGATE RESERVATIONS:
Individuals are required to reserve their guest room from one of the reservation agents using the hotel's direct line 403-762-4433 or our toll free number: 1-800-661-9266. Please be aware that special requests for specific room types cannot be guaranteed, but the hotel will make every effort to honour each request.

ON-LINE WEB SITE RESERVATIONS:
Attendees can use the ID # 9003 and Password # 37004733 to make (and change) their reservations by selecting Reservations and clicking on the Make a Conference Reservation.

However, the conference reservation can only allow you reserving the room during Nov. 17-19, 2008. So, if you want to reserve a room other than the conference dates, you need to make a seperated reservation or call the reservation agents with the hotel's direct line 403-762-4433 or the toll free number: 1-800-661-9266.

PARKING FEES
Indoor parking is designated for registered hotel guests. A daily parking charge is not included in the
guestroom rates and parking fees are subject to change. The Banff Park Lodge parking charges are $8.00
per day for self parking and $12.50 per day for valet parking, plus GST.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
All delegates must be advised our check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We will do our utmost to assign rooms as
they become available to any delegates arriving prior to that time. Check-out time is 11:OO a.m.
Luggage may be stored at no cost with the Concierge should guests arrive prior to rooms being ready, or if
meetings will continue after check-out time. Requests to retain rooms after the check-out time should be
directed to the Front Office Manager on the day of departure and are subject to a late departure charge.
